We are proud to offer inclusive and diverse, instructor-led job training programs that offer one-on-one support with proven results – 85% of ReTrain students successfully land jobs after completing our training programs. In addition, funding for many of our courses are available through government funding such as the Alberta Job Grant – making reaching your goals accessible.

Airport Personnel and Placement Services exists to fill a void in the aviation services industry. This partnership allows ReTrain to serve both those seeking employment and those searching for talent to fill their gaps – ensuring both student and employer success!
ReTrain’s employment training and upskilling programs, in partnership with Manpower Alberta, can help you find employment in exciting up-and-coming sectors – like Fintech or cybersecurity. At ReTrain, we know that it is not just about finding any employment, it’s about finding the right match for our students – ensuring that they have opportunities to continue to grow and excel in their chosen career path.
Helping Albertans Succeed
Once you choose to attend training with ReTrain, our team will work one-on-one with you to identify your passions and existing skill sets. It is during this stage that our team will consider your previous education, skills and interests – as well as availability in the job market – before providing recommendations for job training tailored to you!
From there, our team will work with you to confirm your job training program and begin instructor-led training, either in-classroom or virtual. As part of our dedication to the success of our students, our mentors create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment in which the experiences and knowledge base of our students are respected and valued – this helps us to identify transferable skills and honour our student’s pre-existing knowledge.
After your training is complete, Manpower Alberta can assist our Alberta-based students with job placement. This holistic approach to care brings our client’s training full circle and contributes to the overall success of our students!

We are currently recruiting experienced Security Guards for access and crowd control at two upcoming festivals during the August long weekend (August 4-7, 2023) in Dauphin and Minnedosa, Manitoba.
